Additional Chief Secretary Shumail Ahmad Khwaja has directed all the departments to complete development schemes on time. He was presiding over a meeting to review Annual Development Programme (ADP) 2015-16, at Civil Secretariat here on Tuesday. Additional Chief Secretary said that the objective of review meeting is to get information about the development schemes and to enhance co-ordination among departments.

He directed administrative secretaries to hold review meetings monthly and ensure proper monitoring of the schemes of their departments. The Additional Chief Secretary expressed satisfaction over the utilisation of funds by departments, he, however, ordered improving development schemes and procurement of health department.
